A population cap means you have to think more about what you deploy, and after a while you start to see population as a resource. But a lot could go wrong for Halo Wars - it's a strategy game set in the Halo universe, exclusive to the 360. Well finally it's here and we can play the last game from a great studio. But it also begged the question, what's wrong with Halo Wars? It confused everyone, seeing as every Age of game was both profitable and good.
